    Having a cold anytime isn’t fun, while traveling even worse…
    So I incorporated my haibun with Heeding haiku to come up with:

        I think it does… When you have a sore throat you are supposed to gargle salt water. If you are breathing salted air I guess you are swallowing some of that salt too? I think the air being moist helps too.

        I know humidity helps me, I am from a humid place and I am having a hard time adapting to the dry air
