Sunday Confessionals : Expectations

Greetings, everyone!

Expectations is a painting by Sumit Mehndiratta which was uploaded on February 27th, 2012.

First week of January is done and dusted, I cannot help but think of all the different experiences this first week of a new year brought, and it brings me to expectations. They are often both a blessing and a bane we set upon ourselves, and get addons from others.

That is why this week, I would like you to forego your expectations, and just create whatever you feel like (even if it is nothing! ‘nothing’ created would by me, instead, be perceived as ‘creating rest’)
