That’s right! It’s International Sticky Toffee Pudding Day! A day to celebrate a dessert that, until today, I’d only read about in British novels. Now I know it’s not just cake (and not a pudding, as Americans know pudding, at all) with toffee sauce (yum), but a cake containing dates, with toffee sauce.
