cherry blossom
Dear friends of MLMM,
I hope you all did enjoy last week’s episode with the Tan Renga, because it’s a nice creative way of haiku-ing. A while ago I decided to give you only a theme / prompt to work with.
This week I read the first cherry blossom forecast of Japan and the first cherry blossoms have started to bloom in Japan. The cherry blossom forecast stays on until end of May 2019 by the way.
This week’s theme / prompt is therefore CHERRY BLOSSOM and your task is to create a haiku or haibun with this theme / prompt.
Have fun!
When you have written your haiku, please TAG Heeding Haiku with Chèvrefeuille and Mindlovemisery’s Menagerie. Then add your link to the Mister Linky widget below.
Lovely photo, no wonder this scene appears so much in art and literature as at http://bobfairfield.org/2019/02/13/heeding-haiku-with-chevrefeuille-february-13th-2019-cherry-blossom/
