Sunday Writing Prompt “Butterfly Effect”

the Butterfly effect

For this week’s prompt we are exploring parallel dimensions and the butterfly effect. I want you to envision an alternate version of yourself whose life veers off course due to a single decision made at some point in your life. The decision does not have to be a major one it can be as simple as having eggs instead of oatmeal for breakfast. Describe how your life changes for better or worse. Describe how you change as a person if at all. If you like the parallel dimension can also have some differences.

I ended up using an alternate reality version of one of my characters rather than myself.

I understand I often write through characters, there is always some fact and some fiction in everything I write
