Dear friends of MLMM,
Last week I challenged you to create haiku without rules, say “free-style”, and I liked that idea of “free-style”, so for this week’s Heeding Haiku With … I love to challenge you to create a “free-style” haibun. I will give you an example of a so called “one-line haibun” or “one-bun”. It’s a haibun-form created by Jim Kacian. The “one-bun” is a haibun in just one line, title text and haiku combined in just one-line:
Honeysuckle
shares its sweet perfume as this summer day runs to an end, while I enjoy the coolness and the warmth of her naked body next to mine …
hot summer day the sweet scent of Honeysuckle and the one I love

Well … what a challenge don’t you think so too?
Have fun!
When you have written your haiku, please TAG Heeding Haiku with Chèvrefeuille and Mindlovemisery’s Menagerie. Then add your link to the Mister Linky widget below.
