Dear friends of MLMM,

I almost forgot to create a new episode of Heeding Haiku With …, because I had a very busy day. So a short episode this week. This week it is time for haibun. I love to challenge you all to create a haibun themed “colorful leaves”. Your haibun may have a maximum of 100 words including your haiku.

Summer is running towards its end, so you can think of a haibun about ‘departing summer’ or ‘the beginning of autumn’ … it’s up to you.
