Greetings, everyone! This week, I figured we should take a break from the twirling currents of Tarot and take on a new and hopefully inspirational challenge. Have no fear, for the Major Arcana prompt will still go on!
Onwards to this Sunday, where I would like to ask you to Spin the story!
As much as all of us are captivated by creating, we also enjoy consuming creations. Everyone has a favourite book, a comic, a favourite artist or a photographer, favourite writer whose work communes with our soul.
This week, I would ask you to spin your own threads into the stories that fascinate you. I am always for personal prompt interpretation and the participation is always amazing, creative and inspirational, so instead of some strict guidelines, below I will list some ideas on how to approach this prompt:
All of these are just ideas, and I am sure there is many more. Feel free to own this prompt however you see fit. I hope you find inspiration and get those sparks when creating your pieces that reading your favourite books or swimming through other forms of art gives you. I want to get to know your favourites, why do you like them, and most of all, I want you to feel free to like that and use them to spark your own creations.
Hope you have fun writing! Tag your post with MindLoveMisery’s Menagerie, and make sure you pingback or add your post to Mr. Linky, or both.
I am looking forward to reading your entries!

Pingback: Spinning of a Story ~ Choosing One’s Name – Word Adventures
It’s a little late but I’ve just recovered my internet connection. Loved this prompt: it allowed me to dig into the past of one of my most loved characters created for RP writing online. I never had the opportunity to actually write why she never used her real name. So thank you for that.
