Here we have a circle of shoes. Your word for the prompt is “Mute”

The shoes can be used in the symbolic sense of a gathering/coven

As well as in the literal sense. If it makes a difference the large, ankle length brown boats are mens and the small black strappy sandles with the wedges are girls. All the other shoes are women’s shoes. If you want you can also focus on an individual pair of shoes.
