The title “Blood Money” had quite an effect on me. I really didn’t look hard at the picture, I must confess!

I guess the word “like” is rather strange in this context as I read over the comments again.
For one of the recent prompts, I had wrote a story about the underground railroad, but never posted it. Guess that’s why slave hunters so readily came to mind with blood money.
