A dose of fetish. Good friends. An incomparable muse.
Today I’m going to give you two photographs to choose from:
This week I’d like to try with the Acrostic again along with our usual Shadorma form.
What is a Shadorma? Shadorma is a Spanish 6-line poem of 3/5/3/3/7/5 syllable lines respectively. Simple as that.
An Acrostic is a poem where the first word of each line creates a word when read … here’s an example using the second photograph (I’m concentrating on the ladder):
Laden with burdens,
Angst and anxiety …
Down to Gehenna,
Dreamily I strode,
Ernestly hoping some day to,
Return to my home … saved.
You can use the photos to inspire you to write a poem or choose one of your own. Not interested in either the Shadorma or poetry but you like the photo and feel inspired? No problem … go for it!
